When we drove first from warschau to sumy it was a new Comfortable bus, wifi, plugs and toilet was there. And the 2 driver was very nicely. But when we drove back from sumy to warschau it was a old bus, there was no toilet like it was promised when we bought the tickets. The conditioner no work properly and one of the driver was very rude and unfriendly.
