Polecam, nowiutki czysty autobus,profesjonalny kierowcy

Everything was very good and professional. I should note a very long waiting time at the Brest bus station for some reason which caused us to be delayed for an hour. Also the staff somehow managed to leave 1 person behind at the border and they had to chase the bus (they ended up not noticing the person and were just left there). Other than that no complaints other than the border queues

- Not correct working online booking system - by switch from info.by to info.eu wrong place reservation

- not working toilet on the bus during all the way especially during waiting on the boarder

- not polite driver

- not any information about arriving during whole trip

- all dispatcher (engl and belarus) work only up 7:30 a.m., not support during the night, very lazy, without information from driver not clear what time the Passagiers should be pick up from bus in Berlin, not everybody is living in Berlin...

- for people in Germain should be dispatcher service through European phone number, bel. phone number is to expensive

- Dispatcher information about the bus arriving just after the arriving of the bus - very fanny

- wrong information from driver after passing the border "the bus should be earliest at 8 a.m. in Berlin" but the bus was arriving at 7:22 a.m.

- visit tour can take the example from bus trips in Argentine - very comfortable folded seats, curtains between the seats, eating service, information service, toilet service - for 180 euro for the ticket I would expect all these services

Reise war trotz ihrer Länge angenehm. Die Fahrer freundlich, WLAN an Bord.
