The drivers are doing an excellent job and the bus is very comfortable. I've been using your services three times so far.

Some comments : we left Lviv 40 minutes late because some people where still arriving by train. Maybe there should be some communication to passengers that the bus will wait only 15 minutes.

We then went to a different border crossing : Gruchiv instead of Krakovets, which was not communicated. There we lost an hour because of externsive checks of the bus and some of the pasengers, but the worst was the a long delay at the Polish customs - whcih made me miss my flight in Rzeszow. I now that this is not the responsibility of the drivers, but maybe good to keep stay with the usual route via Krakovets - as you are the n directly on the motorway in Poland.

All very good as always except one of our suitcases wheels was broken in the process of taking them on and off the hold at the boarder. The hold on the bus is high up and when the cases are dropped down to the ground Onto their wheels this causes damage. May be putting them down gently may be an option. The cases are heavy so it’s understandable that they go down heavy but carry on our travel was hard as 20 kg had to be carried everywhere we went It’s a shame as it was a new suitcase too 😦

Thank you for the trip. Everything went very well! I am satisfied.

Bus was packed. A little uncomfortable as there were no armrests. Also the AC broke down on a VERY hot day. Staff managed to fix it but it delayed us. Long time for border formalities.

Thank you for the trip and for being on time for my flight , the drivers were very helpful and professional.

I recommend them very much, they had a bit of delay, but they were very professioal, even if i didn't speak ukranian i had no issues and i could do all in time
