Bus was comfortable and well equipped. Staff was awesome and kept us informed the entire trip. Staff was also very helpful crossing the border and made it more efficient. Best of the three bus trips we took on our holiday. Be aware, the border crossing can take a long time, but that is not the fault of Heybus or the staff.

Everything was amazing, actually I messed up my GPS and went to the wrong pick up station, we called and they were nice enough to wait for me a few minutes at the next stop while the taxi drove me there. However the only thing is that the toilet was broken, and while passing immigration it took 13 hours sitting at the border without a toilet, it was very difficult for many of us passengers. But the rest was amazing, very comfortable bus, wifi didn't work for me though,

The driving team was fine! All the declared means were available. Only Wi-Fi in Poland did not work (at least for my smartphone).
The only serious problem not connester to Heybus is the time to cross the Polish border We waited in line for 10 hours (for line of 5 buses)!

On the border drivers were not interested in quick passing, so we took there couple additional hours of waiting. Also there were some problems of one drivers work permission in Poland so both of them just leaved people in the bus and disapperaed for couple of hours without explanation and not apologizing after they came back.
While this delay they did only on short 10min stop with any possibility to buy food or water around (that toilet).
Overall instead of 14 hrs as promised it took 26 hrs to take to Warsaw.
Vehicle is ok but too loud and air conditioning system made me and couple other passenger constantly cough.
