All is ok

Can’t recommend this carrier for longer international trips. Seats quite cramped and not that comfortable. No WiFi. An outlet for charging was provided, but you’d better have your own powerbank. WC closed for the whole trip, only one extra stop during a 16 hour trip - take this into account if you have any health issues. Drivers were quite nice and helpful. Anyway, won’t be taking any trips with this company anymore.

Driver had purposely locked WC door, claiming WC out of order. Driver couldn't speak English even though this is an International bus.

I asked a Polish man to ask why the WC was locked, that's how I learned about it. You cannot expect people to last so many hours between Lviv and Warsaw. Personally, I don't believe there was any problem with the WC, I think he just didn't want to bother with having to clean it. Also, nowhere to charge phones under seats of this old run down bus. A multi block was provided above WC but only had 5 outlets to be shared by a few dozen people. Driver did not offer to load/unload baggage. I had to help older people to put heavy cases on. Sorry, not at all impressed.

All is great, a driver called me a day before the trip to ensure everything was good and gave us a clear direction to find the bus. The bus was very comfortable.
