The trip was good, according to the scheduled time. If somewhat delayed at departure it caught up the time upon arrival. THe passengers were provided with a snack and water or coffee on the way.

The bus driver was very good. His woman assistant was excellent, she made sure to communicate with us in English so we knew what was happening when we encountered delays at the Slovak border check point. Water and snacks were provided. This is a good bus service and I would use it again.

In general, I had a positive impression of the trip: a neat bus, pleasant escort. A note on the offer of drinks and snacks: it would be more appropriate to offer them at the beginning of the trip, not at the end.

I appreciated the comfortable bus, the service person who was there to answer questions, snack and water at the border when we stopped for almost 6 hours. I think the service is really good, just the border crossing was too long which is not in control of bus company.
